We know many of you are traveling to join us in the UK, and we truly appreciate all the time and effort you're putting into being there. To make your journey a little easier, we've put together some helpful info to ensure your trip is as smooth as possible!
PASSPORTS: To enter the UK, a US citizen's passport must be valid for the entire duration of their stay.
Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA): Starting January 2025, all US citizens traveling to the UK will require an ETA before travel. Please apply at least one month prior to your trip.

We recommend downloading the app to fill out your application, which costs £16 to apply and takes less than 10 minutes!

Once approved, your ETA is valid for 2 years or until your passport expires!

Airport Information
London has six major airports - Heathrow (LHR) is the largest and by far most convenient for this weekend.
LHR is a 20-30 minute drive from our wedding area, and it is easy to catch an Uber or taxi from there. The other London airports are typically 1+ hours away.
To return to Heathrow on Sunday, June 7th, we suggest reserving a car service (see below).
WELCOME PARTY - FRIDAY, JUNE 5th:
Please arrange your own transportation, either by a car service listed below, Uber, or Bolt.
OUR WEDDING DAY - SATURDAY, JUNE 6th:
We will be providing transportation from Burham Beeches Hotel and Chequers Inn.
If you are not staying at either of these locations, please arrange your own car service (see below).
For those not attending the After Party, we will be providing transportation back to Chequers Inn and Burnham Beeches Hotel at ~11:45pm.
THE AFTER PARTY - SATURDAY, JUNE 6th TO SUNDAY, JUNE 7th:
We will be providing transportation from Hedsor House to Bar Italia.
PICKUP TIME: ~11:45pm
We will also be providing transportation from Bar Italia back to Burham Beeches Hotel, Chequers Inn, and Hedsor House.
Again, if you are not staying at Chequers Inn or Burham Beeches Hotel, please arrange your own transportation.
